| Emotional Freedom Techniques
is an Energy Psychology process developed by Gary Craig that
works with the mind-body energy system to (often totally) eliminate
all kinds of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual discomfort.
Described as "emotional acupuncture," it is one of
the most effective ways to balance the body's energy system
that I have experienced. EFT has been proven clinically
effective as a simple yet powerful way of releasing fears, phobias,
anxieties, angers, addictions and all kinds of emotional and
physical issues. |

This is a new paradigm in healing because
it no longer takes months or years of therapy and boxes of
tissues to resolve problems. With EFT, specific issues
can be dissolved in minutesforever!

The beauty of EFT is that ANYONE
can learn how to apply it on themselves. And since it is known
worldwide, you can easily find a practitioner to work with
you. Even mental health professionals and doctors are discovering
EFT. Remember, if you have a serious health issue, use

| Finding the "key"
to unlock the imbalance in the bodys electrical system
is done by a specific pre-diagnosed routine of self tapping,
rubbing, or holding different stress reduction points located
throughout the face, upper body, and hands. This seems to stimulate
the energy around certain meridian points causing a correction
in the imbalance of the energy system and a simultaneous collapse
of the negative emotion that a person had "tuned into"
while thinking about or recalling a past experience. Often times
a statement relating to the problem may be said out loud to
help a person focus or "tune into" the problem. |

The process looks unusually simple, but
its rapid effects are its most appealing feature. Even a child
could learn the basic technique in a matter of minutes. Most
problems may be partially or completely relieved within a
very short time using this process. More complex or deeply
rooted behaviors, beliefs and issues are still helped, but
may require a repetition of the process. This is because,
with a long-standing emotion or trauma, you may find that
there are different layers or aspects to it. The idea is to
persist with the technique until all the relevant aspects
and emotions have been released or unblocked.

| EFT's results for pain management
are often impressive. In most cases, pain vanishes or noticeably
reduces within a few minutes of applying EFT. Also, repeated
applications of EFT often eliminate chronic pains so that they
no longer re-appear daily, weekly or monthly. This is pain relief
at its best and doesn't involve drugs or painful procedures
of any kind. |

For those who don't achieve instant results, EFT is still
likely to provide relief. However, in these cases more sophisticated
approaches are usually necessary. Sometimes the principle
cause of the pain is one or more unresolved emotional issues
